Element – waterproof microfibre leather shoes
The Element is a modern and comfortable choice for the changeable weather of autumn and winter. The upper is made from microfibre leather, which is more durable, breathable and flexible than traditional PU leather. Its structure resembles genuine leather thanks to its dense fibres, which is why it retains its softness and comfort even in cold conditions. Microfibre leather is naturally water-resistant, which protects your feet from rain and slush. However, it is worth noting that water may seep through the seams and stitching if you spend a long time in the water. The Element’s lightweight and flexible sole makes movement feel natural and comfortable, whilst the lining ensures comfort in cooler weather. The stylish and simple design is suitable for a wide range of uses. The sole is made of synthetic TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber), which remains flexible even in freezing temperatures.

- The benefits of barefoot shoes: A more natural and healthier way of walking
Barefoot shoes have gained popularity due to the numerous health benefits they offer. When you switch from traditional, supportive shoes to barefoot shoes, you allow your feet to move more freely and naturally. Here are a few key benefits:
- Stronger legs: Barefoot shoes force the muscles in the soles of the feet to work more effectively, leading to stronger and more balanced legs.
- Better balance and coordination: As barefoot shoes offer less support, your body has to develop better balance and coordination.
- A more natural gait: Barefoot shoes allow for a more natural gait, which reduces strain on the joints and can help prevent injuries.
- Enhanced sensory perception: Barefoot shoes improve your sensory perception, as you become more aware of the contours and materials of the ground beneath your feet. This can, for example, improve your running technique.
- Reduced foot and back pain: Many users have reported a reduction in foot and back pain, as barefoot shoes promote a natural posture and movement.
- Helps prevent bunions and hammer toes: In barefoot shoes, the toes have more room to move, which can help prevent these common foot problems.
How do barefoot shoes work? Barefoot shoes are very simple in design. They have a thin, flexible sole that allows the foot as much freedom of movement as possible. This enables the foot to function more naturally and efficiently.
Who are barefoot shoes suitable for? Barefoot shoes are suitable for most people, but it is important to start wearing them slowly and gradually. If you have any specific foot problems, it is a good idea to consult a specialist before buying barefoot shoes.
Summary Barefoot shoes offer many health benefits, but as with everything, there are challenges associated with wearing them. It is important to choose shoes that suit you and to start wearing them gradually.

Foot measurement
1. Place your heel against something solid. For example, a wall,
2. Place an object against your toes. In this example, a phone.
3. Remove your foot and measure the distance between the mark and the wall.
Add approximately 1–1.5 cm to the measurement and compare the result with the size chart below. If the figure falls clearly between two sizes, it is safer to choose the larger size.
